2 Investigates: Tracking repeat drunk drivers; Is the ‘Hot List’ working?

Law enforcement officials across California are cracking down on repeat drunk drivers, as part of a statewide program in conjunction with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The so-called “Hot List” consists of repeat DUI offenders in each jurisdiction, and is distributed to 35 law enforcement agencies across the state, including eight police departments in the Bay Area.
